I want to book my event. Is there a deposit fee?
In order to confirm and reserve the date for you, we require 50% of the total amount of the services needed as the deposit. The balance is due at least one (1) week before your event date.
What are your Payment Options?
We accept Cash, Check and Online Payments for Credit/Debit Card, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal*, Zelle.
*3.5% Convenience Fee on the Total Amount
How much space do I need for the photo booth?
Our setup requires a minimum of 6ft x 6ft and a maximum of 10ft x 10ft space and at least 8ft ceiling height.
How long is the set up for the Photo Booth?
We need to set up at least 1 to 3 hours before your event starts.
Can I customize and choose my own strip design?
Of course! We customize your photo booth strip designs based on your theme or color and you also have to provide us your preferred strip title. We will then send it to you before the event so that you can tell us if there’s any revision you’d like us to make.
What kind of print options do you offer?
When it comes to photo strip sizes, there are two options. Any of our photo booths can print a 2×6 or 4×6 photo. Though all of our rentals come standard with 2×6 prints, you can contact us with whatever size you prefer.
Can I choose my own props and backdrops?
Yes, you can!
Can I have a printed copy of all the pictures after the event?
Absolutely! But if we reprint all the pictures from your event, there is an additional fee per picture.
If the soft copy of pictures is enough for you, we provide them for free on our online gallery. We will also provide a copy of all the pictures on a USB Flash Drive.
I have an emergency and I would like to cancel the rental. Can I have the deposit back?
We apologize but the deposit payment is non-refundable. We hope you understand.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured! We can provide you with Proof of Insurance upon request. Don’t worry because we got you covered.
Anything else I should know?
All our photo booths come with lots of event-specific props, one (1) FREE flash drive that contains all the photos taken during your event, a friendly photo booth attendant, high-resolution printed images, password-protected online gallery for your photos, FREE two (2) customized template designs that will surely make your guests remember your event, and a FREE backdrop of your choice!
